Marketing Post Production Coordinator

General Description:

The Marketing Post-Production Coordinator’s key responsibility will be to facilitate any & all
needs around the post-production process, as it relates to promotional material created by the
OWN Marketing & Brandworks teams. This will coincide with the day-to-day project support
needed interdepartmentally by creative executives, managers, and content producers, as well
as collaboration with our cross-functional teams. The role reports to the Director of Marketing
Operations.

The ideal candidate has extreme attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, can
balance and execute successfully on simultaneous projects, and can make sound decisions
under pressure when needed. This individual is a team player with strong work ethic, and is
dedicated to achieving the department’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and facilitate all final audio mixing, color finishing, quality control, and delivery for marketing & promotional content
  • Schedule voiceover talent and manage needs around each session: organize scripts, liaison with audio engineer on timing and schedule, handle accommodations for voiceover talent
  • Act as support and second for promo production needs around on-air, off-air, branded entertainment, social media & digital platforms
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing Operations on implementing processes and workflow btwn. Marketing, Graphic Design, Post-Production, & Post Tech Ops to effectively manage project goals and timelines
  • Lead production on secondary projects such as sponsor billboards, tag versioning, and promo repurposing
  • Assist in promo scheduling needs and campaign tracking
  • Update and maintain department ‘Works In Progress’ document
  • Help coordinate footage and asset requests
  • Manage and distribute final promo media for meetings, presentations, and company events

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Broadcast Communications, TV & Film, or related field
  • of education
  • 1+ year of experience in similar role &/or entertainment field
  • General knowledge of editing platforms and media tech
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as Mac based programs
