The VP/Director of National Digital Ad Sales will develop and manage OWN’s digital ad sales business nationally across OWN’s portfolio of multi-platform assets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic development and prospecting for digital sales offerings.
· Participate in development of core Digital Media strategic plan, alongside Digital leadership team.
· Interface with TV Ad Sales team as appropriate in the development of integrated sponsorship opportunities.
· Development of Digital Ad Sales presentations.
· Oversight of pre and post sales activity.
· Establish and cultivate critical relationships with key external and internal business partners.
· Develop sales team.
Requirements:
· Candidate must have 8+ years of related ad sales management.
· Experience and sales experience including at least 4 in digital sales.
· Strong conceptual selling skills and the ability to position these deals against competing national entities, as well as other advertising vehicles.
· Must possess innovation to creatively execute company goals and directions.
· Regular travel necessary.
· BA degree or equivalent required, Masters Degree preferred.
