  • Assistant to two SVPs/Senior Creative Director of Brandworks
    • Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, answering phones, submitting expense reports, making travel arrangements etc.
  • Facilitation of approvals for all promotional content
    • Liaison with President’s office, show production teams, Tyler Perry Studios and other production houses
  • Management of content calendars and logs for on-air promos and affiliate content (master docs)
  • Scheduling of edit bays
    • Working with producers/editors to schedule promos/short-form in edit
    • Booking freelance editors when necessary
  • Coordination of VO requests and script delivery to talent/agents
  • Managing/updating daily Lobby Videowalls, 3-Story Quote Wall & Café monitors
  • Point of contact with Discovery Communications (cutsheet requests; scheduling promos for prime)
  • Creating/Managing short-form content in The Hive (creating deals & property IDs)
  • Management of department time-off requests
  • Coding & processing of invoices for freelance & VO artists
  • Support for any and all departmental needs (creating decks, note-taking, department events, promo production support)

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent level of practical experience
  • 2-4 years’ assistant experience – Entertainment, Television, Marketing, Radio and/or Agency industries preferred
  • Knowledge of corporate organization and ability to navigate and understand business practices and tools
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Work, Excel, Apple/Mac, Google Docs
  • Experience supporting senior level executive with 360 degree approach
  • Must have hands-on working knowledge of social media platforms including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
  • Detail-oriented, able to prioritize many responsibilities, proactive thinker who can be one, if not two, steps ahead 
  • Adaptability and flexibility a must as project priorities are in constant flux
  • Strong people skills, including the ability to work exceptionally well with executives, staff, and external associates at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, problem solve, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly
